(100-375-1070) An anonymous source of the Seattle Qffitce on December 2, 19525, furnished a document captioned "Current Concentration Mass Issues in the Fleld of Struggle For Fquael Rights For the Negro People," promulgated by the National Admintatrative Committee, Conmunist Party, ISA. This document states that the primary organizattons through which concentration tasues should be given marimun development are: Negro people's organizations, the NAACP, the Elks, et cetera. (100-3-75-1083) On December 6, 1955, a reltable informant ef the Philadelphia office in reporting on a meeting of a Communtet Party club in Philadelphia stated that William Crawferd, the chairman of the club, satd the Communist Party must jotn in the program presently being carried on by the WAACP to collect food and money for the Negro people in the South. (100-3-75-1059 ) A confidential informant ef the San Franctsoo Office who has furnished reiiable information advised on November 10, 1955, that Harry Williams, a Negro Communtst Party member whe formerly was a functionary in the Fillmore Sectton ef the Communtet Party in San Francisce and who recently emerged from the Communist Party underground apparatus, stated that at present there are only three Couauntst Party merbers tn the San Franctsce Chapter of the NAACP, two of whem are white and one G@ Negro.
