Deemed not to be a threat. Enclosure(s): Written statement from Details: On 03/30/2006, writer made contact with Grass Valley, California,. telephone Writer informed hat she was aware of a phone. call that he placed on 03/o2/2006 to Congressman Doolittle's office. In this phone call, he was agitated and asked to speak directly to the Congressman. When he was told the Congressman was not available, he began to get upset and started yelling. doaaao anoe umap anee oe nuneh aae aen 'aee npee dy auannaeae auee in four days." Writer then relayed to that on 03/08/2006, Congressman Doolittle's office received an envelope which contained a suspicious powder. Writer asked Jif he had anything to do with that act.. vehemently denied knowing anything about the envelope with suspicious power and expressed how he would never. commit such an offense. Writer asked if she needed to be concerned. the safety of anyone in Congressman Doolittle's office.
