SUBJECT HAS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
Synopsis: On 12/01/2004, the Santa Clara County, California,
offices of Members of Congress Zoe Lofgren (D-california) and
Michael Honda (D-California) received telephonic bomb and
chemical threats from the Subject. The Subject was interviewed,.
but not arrested on federal charges. The usao for the Northern
District of California (Npc) declined prosecution in the matter.
A 72 hour psychiatric hold was ordered by local authorities.
Details: On 12/01/2004, at approximately 4:00pm, San Francisco
Division, San Jose RA (sJra), received a telephonic report from
Us Capitol Police, Agent
advising
that the California Offices had received a bomb threat to Honda's
Office and a threat of chemical dispensing to the Office of
Lofgren.
