The Subject was interviewed,. but not arrested on federal charges. The usao for the Northern District of California (Npc) declined prosecution in the matter. A 72 hour psychiatric hold was ordered by local authorities. Details: On 12/01/2004, at approximately 4:00pm, San Francisco Division, San Jose RA (sJra), received a telephonic report from Us Capitol Police, Agent advising that the California Offices had received a bomb threat to Honda's Office and a threat of chemical dispensing to the Office of Lofgren.
