Thereafter, provided the following information: Approximately one or two weeks prior to May 3, 2007, received a telephone call at her desk at cI. is Specialist Office Support and screens telephone calls for. therapists and physicians. A male who identified himself as advised he wanted to cancel all of his. appointments, saying he was going through a lot in his life. suggested not cancel the appointments for that very. b6 reason, to which responded that he would deal with it b7C himself. asked lif he wanted to see his therapist to which responded negatively. The conversation ended b6 with hanging up the phone. did not cancel the. b7C appointments with the hope that he still would try to make them. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on May 3, 2007, received another telephone call from a male identifying himself at lrecognized from the previous call. told he was mad at his mother and. that his goddamned, motherfucking, mother had ruined his life.. told he wished his mother was dead. tried to interrupt several times during his tirade but was unable to do so and. did not respond to her. then told that a lawyer, had sent him a bill for thousands and thousands, etc. Ibelieves spoke very fast. said Jhad done legal work for him, but did not describe the nature of the work.. then told that Ron Lewis, whom knew to be Congressman Ron Lewis,. had prevented from getting a. really good paying job.
