Synopsis: Information concerning captioned title.
Details: On March 25, 2003, two (2) U.S. Senators and one (1)
U.S. Representative received letters containing an unknown
substance (granular powder). The Cobb County Fire Department
(CCFD) HAzMAT Team; the Atlanta Fire Department (AFD) HAzMAT
Team; and the Gwinnett County Fire Department HAzMAT Team.
responded to the three different incident locations and provided
on-site analysis and properly packaged the letters for transport.

GPHL tested the Chambliss and Millers letters on
3/25/03 which resulted in negative results for Anthrax. GPHL
completed the test for Anthrax on the Linder letter on 3/26/03
with the same negative results..
