3. (U) Policy Statement
(U/FOUO) The FBI is responsible for investigating violations of federal CAC and HT criminal
statutes. These laws are designed to protect victims of CAC and HT within the United States and
its territories.
(U//FOUO) The mission of the CACHTP is to enforce federal CAC and HT statutes and to
combat CAC and HT threats. All CAC and HT investigations must comply with allozue.
