Should any such expense of =NZLOYEE be so authorized EMPLOYEE shall be reimbursed therefor upon his presenting to EMPLOYER an itemized expense voucher. 7.. Records and files.- All records and files concerning clients of the EMPLOYER or potential clients consulted or interviewed by EMPLOYEE shall belohg to and remain the property of EMPLOYER. 8. Heetings ang bost-graduate courses. EMPLOYEE is. encouraged and is expedtéa, rvon time to time, to attend meetings, professional conventions, and post-graduate courses ce2ling with insvrance and real estate. The cost of tuition and rézistration for attending * such activities shall be paid for by the LOVER; however, any other: -costs incurred by EMPLOYE2 shall be paid by the =MPLOYES in connection © with such activities and shall be at tne sole expense of EMPLOYEE unless, because of unusual circumstances, the Eozrd of Tirectors of EMPLOYER shall determine that the full cost of EXNPLOY=='S attendance should be- authorized as an expense of EMPLOYER. Should such full expenses of attendance be so authorized, EMPLOYEE shall be reimbursed therefor upon his presenting to EMPLOYER an itemized expense voucher. : 9. Nacation.
