@ Should such total disability continue for a period of 12 months, this Agreement shall, at the end of such 12 month period,» be automatically terminated. If, however, prior to the end of suci 12 month period, EMPLOY=2'S total disability shell nave ceased and | be > : he shall have commenced to perform his duties hereunder, this Agr! ment shall continue in full force and effect and EMPLOYEE shall be _ entitled to resume his employment hereunder end to thereafter receive his full compensation as though he had not teen disabled; provided, however, unless EMPLOYEE = shall perform his duties hereunder for a continuous period of at least sixty (60) days following a period of total disabfatty béfore EMPLOYEE again becoxes totally disabled, he shall not be entitled to start a new 12 mont> period under the Total Disability Zenefit Schedule, but instead may only continue under the remaining portion of original 12 month perios of total disability. “In such event the running of the Original 12 month period of total disability shall cease Guring the time of = OYES=E'S ‘performance of his duties following his original period of zotal disability before becoming totally disables again.
