Thus level of evaluation is also being expanded dunng FY 2004 to mclude a comprehensive final exam at the conclusion of the six-week BLA course. The College has not had an opportunity to apply evaluations at Level 3 (behavior) or Level 4 (return to FBI) because of the evolution of mtelligence analysis processes within the FBI itself, However, the College anticipates being able to umplement these two levels of evaluation m FY 2005 with the benefit of Ol's CONOPS and supporting policies and procedures and the development of the expanded basic analyst course (ACES J}. 10.
