Sadlow was attempting to obtein an additional $100,000 from Zwillmen to send to former United States Ambassador O'Dwyer in Mexico for the purpose of definitely handling the elections and opening lower Californie, Mexico, to gambling. According to the informant, Sadlow was unable to contact Zwillmen, dat left word for Zwillman to fly to Sadlow's ranch in Pale Springs, California, to discuss the desl further.
