W. and were employed at the British Enbesey. The automodiies had been dazaged as the result of one of the ears having coasted down a hill, running into the other two, & . acvised that SiaiaMOMM told hin that BURGESS was in England and would not return for two or three weeks. Re stated that the three automobiles were repaired by the Alber Oldsmobile Company, and at the request of the car belonging to BURGESS wae then delivered to Mayflower Moters in order that they might correct some work they had previously done on the car. SAGAN described BURGESS! car as a 19/1 Lincoln Conti- nental Convertible, He etated that according to the records of the Company, the insurance claim was handled by the Dickson Adjusting ae 1627 K Street N. We At the Dickson Adjusting Company, MAGA advised that on May 7, 1951, an automobile belonging to Mr. EH, A. R. PHILBY coasted down 4 hill and ran into parked care belonging to GUY BURGESS anda Re stated that all of these people were employed by the British y and resided at L100 Nebraska Avenue N. W. @qigppg@ stated that the accident cecurred in the driveway of the house at that address. He advised further that BURGESS was allegediy in Engiand at the time of the accident and that gamepad bad the custody of his automobile. advised that the repairs to the cere were made by the Alber Oldsmobile Company, and that after BURGESS! car was renaired it was taken to the Mayflower Motors Company.
