AS a result of Mitchell's — the plaintiffs requested the production
af ef any FBI documents summarizing the event. Tt was later discoversd that such
j @ docment existed but had not been tumed over to the plaintiffs. Thereupon,
. - Camera inspection, all investigative files relating to the plaintiffs and the
Black Panther Party, as well as the remaining files on. the. defendant, O'Neal.
The plaintiffs ay the defendants reached an agreement concerning the production
of these documents and on March 25, 1976, the agreement was embodied in an order. .

Similarly, with regard to the electronic surveillance of the Black Panther
Information has been furnished to the plaintiffs concerning the
electronic surveillance at 2350 West Monroe Street ‘that was

The court also observed that "[i]£ the plaintiff desires to see the logs and
transcriptions and to hear the recording of what was said over the telephone
at the Black Panther Headquarters at 2350 West Monroe Street here in Chicago
between 1967 and 1969 or for any other period, they have a remedy, but not

’ Informant Maria Fischer and othér informants, the court rejected such ‘requests
based upon its prior rulings relating to informant material. (Tr. 5161). .

- Accordingly, the motion of defendants to quash the subpoena
- tecum served upon Richard Held is hereby granted and the said

, the plaintiffs overheard on the electronic surveillance of the Black Panther
Party Headquarters should not he produced for the plaintiffs but only for the
