DETAILS: The following represents key elements of a statement given by Walter Joseph Scott to Agents of the Philadelphia , Office after he came forward on 2/2/75, and admitted he was the above anonymous caller. Walter Scott also revealed that * he is the brother of Jack Scott. ® Bim Walter Joseph Scott gave his reasons for divulging this information in that he was disgusted with the radical life style of his brother, and he was deeply concerned for the welfare of his parents who have become enmeshed in this apparent criminal activity.
