This telephone call was taiked on by Capt. 0. NH. Martin of the Little Rock, Arkaneas, Police Department, and was received by him from Herbert A. {Dutch} akera, a police detective of Hot Springs, arkansas. Akers had called the Little Rock,arkansas, Police Department, about 12:30 Bi. on June 16, 1933, subsequent to the arrest of Naeb and had warned of the "Kidnapping" at Hot Springs. The Little Rock officers accordingly had stopped the igents there as noted above.
