The caller was tentatively identified as b6 who works and resides in San Diego, b7C California. On 03/03/2003, AUSA was advised of the above threats to the Congressman's office.. AUSA concurred that shouid be interviewed as soon as possible, in. an effort to assess the leyel of threat to the Congressman and/or his staff. AusA office would evaluate the potential. prosecution of based on that interview and other factors. It is recommended that an 89b be opened and assigned to writer.
